Biography
Anne is a member of the firm’s employment and real estate teams.
In labour law, Anne assists companies in managing their legal obligations, both in terms of collective labour law and individual labour relations. In this context, she provides legal and strategic advice on collective status (company agreements, unilateral decisions, bylaws…), drafting of employment contracts, management of employment relationships and termination of employment contracts, restructuring/social plans, management of relations with employee representatives, management of psychosocial risks and mobbing, working time arrangements.
In litigation, Anne has extensive experience in employment tribunal proceedings following the termination of employment contracts, discrimination issues, harassment and working hours.
She also advises on administrative employment litigation (protected workers).
In particular, Anne has developed an expertise in social security procedures and assists companies in the management of their AT/MP risks (occupational accidents and diseases): DUER, management of psychosocial risks, assistance in procedures on CPAM decisions, CRA complaints and before the Pôle Social, as well as procedures on employer’s inexcusable fault.
In the area of real estate law, Anne advises large industrial companies on issues such as the drafting of commercial leases or leases on properties yet to be completed (BEFAs for short), the interpretation of lease clauses and the renewal and revision of commercial leases. She also advises on construction law issues, in particular with regard to the enforcement of guarantees.
