Biography
Myriam Bonnin practises corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
As part of the Corporate & M&A team, she assists French and international companies with their day-to-day and special transactions, including company incorporation and legal monitoring, restructuring, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. She is involved in structuring and implementing transactions, drafting legal documentation and monitoring corporate aspects.
Before joining klein • wenner, Myriam gained experience in business law at international law firms, notably in the Corporate M&A department of Rödl & Partner in Paris.
She has also developed a comparative approach to business law through her experience in Europe and internationally.
Trilingual in French, English and German, she regularly works in cross-border environments and serves an international clientele.
