Biography

Anne-Laure is both litigating and advising on criminal law, construction and land use planning law, environmental and energy law.

Her litigation work mainly involves disputes with a technical component with manufacturers from various industries, both in France and internationally.

She deals in particular with the criminal and environmental aspects of occupational accidents, operational incidents and issues of conformity of products/devices placed on the market.

Anne-Laure is accustomed to assisting companies and their executives in the resulting legal proceedings, which can be arduous and lengthy for clients, particularly in relation to non-willful breaches relating to areas where the criminal risk has not been sufficiently anticipated and assessed in light of the extensive and ever-changing regulations (e.g. hygiene, occupational health and safety).

Her advisory work is mainly in the context of the development of renewable energy projects, in particular photovoltaic and wind energy projects, where she can contribute her expertise in environmental and construction law aspects.

Similarly, she intervenes in advance of legal proceedings to limit criminal and environmental risk exposure (audits, advice, structuring of proxies and sub-proxies, training of managers and support functions, etc.).
