Biography

Of French and German origin, Anne-Sophie graduated with a Master in Business Law and a Master in International Business Law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon – Assas.
Anne-Sophie is active in commercial and competition law both, advising (drafting and analysing contracts, in particular international contracts, general terms and conditions, etc.) and litigating, in particular in the context of disputes related to the termination of business relationships or default of payment.

She also advises on insolvency proceedings. She assists clients, both creditors and debtors, in the various steps to be taken prior to the opening of proceedings as well as in their implementation (amicable proceedings, reorganisation and judicial liquidation).

In the field of employment law, Anne-Sophie provides both advice and litigation in connection with the execution and termination of employment contracts and assists clients with collective redundancies. She also advises on the drafting of employment contracts, addenda, ethics charters, operating rules, etc. In addition, Anne-Sophie is a member of the Association of French and German Lawyers (AJFA).
