Biography
Camille Sanchez practises French intellectual property and information technology law, as well as commercial, competition and distribution law.
Trained in French and German law in Paris and Cologne, she is comfortable working in diverse legal and cultural environments and assists French and international clients with their digital and commercial challenges.
She advises companies on issues related to digital transformation, particularly in the areas of personal data protection and GDPR compliance, IT contracts, digital platforms, and the protection and valuation of intangible assets. She also advises on commercial and competition law issues, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
Before joining klein • wenner, Camille gained solid experience working for international business law firms and a large media company. She completed her final internship with the IT team at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Paris, as well as several internships in the IP/IT department at klein • wenner. She also worked in the legal department of the CANAL+ Group, dealing with content protection and anti-piracy issues.
A native speaker of French and Italian, she is fluent in German and English and regularly works in an international context and with foreign clients.
