Biography

Christoph advises and represents major French and international (mainly German and Italian) industrial groups in a wide range of sectors (manufacturing of industrial machinery, materials or products, construction, energy).

He assists our clients in all aspects of industrial risk, whether related to the production process, supply and/or service contracts or purchase and sale contracts, including issues of conformity of products placed on the market, accidents to consumers or third parties in relation to such products, accidents at work or penalties in relation to breaches of environmental law, in particular with regard to ICPE.

In the field of construction law, he is active, inter alia, in private or public tenders as well as in the planning and monitoring of construction measures for industrial plants or real estate projects.

Christoph is the firm’s point of contact for all matters relating to the energy sector. He has developed extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, which enables him to manage the entire administrative process of planning renewable energy projects. In particular, he advises developers on the construction and operation of wind farms and photovoltaic plants throughout France.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and interest in technical issues, he is able to assist his clients at all stages of a case, from the preparation of contractual documentation to an eventual litigation phase, including judicial expert proceedings, before the civil, criminal and administrative courts.
