Biography
Kouider Bouabdelli holds a D.E.A. in general private law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas and advises and represents his clients in contract and commercial law.
He assists French and foreign private companies in the context of their national and international business relations or in complex litigation and international arbitration proceedings in the fields of industry, aviation and defence.
He has experience in international, ad hoc (including UNCITRAL) and institutional (ICC) arbitration. It also has recognised expertise in the field of investment and privatisation in Algeria.
He also advises clients on sports law matters, regularly assisting sports federations and companies.
