Biography

Pascal has been a lawyer for about 50 years. After working in his own law firm, he joined KGA in 2011 to promote cross-disciplinary exchange.

His main practice areas are national and international arbitration (ICC, ICSID, PCA, UNCITRAL and FED), mediation, advising on the drafting of contracts inter alia in relation to distribution in general, concessions, franchising and the status of commercial agents in particular, mainly in the field of liquefied petroleum gas and land transport by rail and road.

He has sound experience in pre-litigation and litigation matters of all kinds (civil, commercial and criminal), in particular insolvency proceedings of all kinds, issues of bank credit, surety, bank liability and directors’ liability.

He is familiar with enforcement proceedings, civil and commercial tenancy disputes, family law disputes (divorce, inheritance, etc.), disputes relating to the liability of gambling establishments and issues relating to the Rungis market and West Indian agriculture, mainly the banana sector.

He is also heavily involved in the purchase and operation of public schools (hors contrat).

He works in French and English.
