Biography
Patrick Berjaud acts for his clients across all areas of employment and social protection law. He advises private companies of all sizes and represents their interests before the labor courts.
His long-standing experience in employment contentious matters allowed him to become an excellent negotiator who can quickly identify and prevent the contentious risks.
In addition, Patrick is member of various professional associations such as Avosial or Zen prud’hommes, a section of the Paris Bar Association whose mission is to improve the duration and conditions of files handling before the Paris Labour Court. Acting in this role, he provides a monthly physical (2 hours) and telephone (8 hours) service to resolve difficulties and disputes between lawyers.
Patrick has been highly ranked in leading international legal directories, including The Legal 500 (Paris and EMEA, i.e. Europe, the Middle East and Africa Economic Area).
