Biography

Quitterie Maguin-Kohn advises on employment law, real estate law and commercial leases.

In employment law, she offers both legal advice and assistance before the courts. Quitterie assists our clients in the drafting of employment contracts, in the implementation of the applicable legal provisions throughout the employment relationship and in various issues related to the termination of the employment relationship.

In real estate law, she primarily advises on issues of commercial tenancy law, such as the drafting of lease clauses, the extension, revision as well as termination of commercial leases. She also advises clients in the context of the assignment of tenancy rights.
