Biography

With more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer, Valérie has extensive expertise in negotiating and resolving disputes in her practice areas: employment law and real estate law.

Valérie regularly represents the interests of employers in all employment law matters before the courts, in individual or collective disputes, restructuring and dismissals. She regularly negotiates with trade unions and employee representatives.
She also advises on other aspects such as due diligence, secondments, expatriations and senior executives.

In the area of real estate law, she assists our clients with regard to commercial leases and the renegotiation of larger sites, such as their corporate headquarters, factories and branches, as well as all other real estate matters related to their establishment in France, such as the acquisition of premises and assets or a business.

Valérie is also extensively involved in private sector construction project management. She assists her clients throughout the project development process, from the preparation of contractual documentation (BEFA, MOD, MOE) to the eventual resolution of disputes, whether in court or through settlement, mediation or expert procedures.

Clients include French and international groups, especially German and Italian companies, from medium to large size, operating in sectors such as automotive, metallurgy, chemicals, transport, logistics and luxury goods.

For example, Valérie was recently involved in the negotiation and implementation of the extension of an industrial site (+ 25,000 m2) as well as the negotiation of the BEFA for premises ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 m².
