Biography

Gaspard is a member of the firm’s corporate law department. After a master degree in business and international law, he decided to broaden his experience in a variety of structures (companies, banks, law firms, accountants, receivers’ offices, etc.).

This career path gives him a global vision of the subject matter and enables him to meet the needs of French and international companies.
