Our teams keep growing with the arrival of three new associates: Camille Sanchez, Myriam Bonnin and Veronica Lorenzato.

These new entries reinforce several of the firm’s strategic practice areas and reflect our commitment to providing increasingly cross-disciplinary and international support to our clients.

Camille Sanchez joins our IT Law & Intellectual Property Law and Commercial, Competition & Distribution Law teams.

Camille advises companies on issues related to digital transformation, particularly in the areas of personal data protection compliance and IT contracts, as well as on commercial and competition law issues.

Trained in French and German law in Paris and Cologne, she is comfortable working in diverse legal and cultural environments. A native French and Italian speaker, she further strengthens our German Desk and Italian Desk.

Myriam Bonnin joins our Corporate & M&A team.

Myriam assists French and international companies with their day-to-day and special transactions, including company incorporation and legal monitoring, restructuring and acquisitions.

Trilingual in French, English and German, she regularly works in cross-border environments and serves an international clientele.

Veronica Lorenzato joins our Real Estate & Tenancy Law and Labour Law teams.

Veronica advises the firm’s clients on their issues related to commercial leases, asset management, and landlord-tenant relationships. She offers both legal advice and assistance before the courts. In employment law, she supports companies on matters relating to individual employment relationships, as well as issues linked to the organization of the company’s workforce.

An Italian-qualified lawyer, Veronica also contributes to the development of our Italian Desk and regularly assists international clients, particularly in the French-Italian market.

Our continued growth in support of our clients

Thanks to the international approach of their academic and professional backgrounds, Camille, Myriam and Veronica have the necessary legal, linguistic and cultural knowledge to adapt to the specific requirements in connection with our clients’ cross-border activities.

We are delighted to welcome Camille, Myriam and Veronica to the firm and wish them every success in this new stage of their careers.
