We advise our clients on all types of disputes (in amicable settlement proceedings or in court or arbitration proceedings) that may arise between shareholders in connection with the creation of a company, the application of the partnership agreement or a shareholders’ agreement, or the implementation of representation and warranties granted within the context of share or asset sale.
