Biography

His academic career, with a focus on commercial and corporate law, is characterised by a strong international approach. A graduate of the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Andrea completed his studies with a summer school at New York University entitled “International institutions and NGOs” and a semester at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, under the Erasmus program, followed by an internship at the Italian Embassy in Paris.

During his traineeship at the Milan Bar Association, Andrea worked alternately in France and Italy with Italian and French commercial law firms.

Andrea’s French-Italian legal education and numerous cross-border professional experiences give him a solid knowledge and the ability to analyse the two legal systems in a practical and comparative way, mainly in the areas of commercial, corporate and contract law, both in advice and litigation.
