Eve Derouesné joined the firm in 2004 and has been co-head of the Public Law team since 2013. She has a recognised expertise in public property law and public procurement, in particular through her specialisation in assisting public and private actors in the award and execution of public contracts.

With her many years of experience in contract management, she supports contractors who are commissioned to carry out public construction projects. In this context, she is regularly consulted on issues of contract modification and termination as well as on issues of contract management.

Eve Derouesné is also active in the field of control and regulation of economic activities.

Eve Derouesné has a particular knowledge of the defence sector as well as the sports and transport industries, sectors in which she works with her clients on a daily basis.

Eve Derouesné also speaks regularly at conferences and leads training sessions for her clients. She is the author of numerous articles in renowned professional journals.

Eve Derouesné represents her clients before all courts, both administrative courts and civil courts, when public contracts of a private law nature are involved. She also represents her clients before specialised commissions and bodies.
