Biography
Nina acts for her clients in the area of commercial disputes and international commercial and investment arbitration.
She represents African States as well as European and Asian companies, on both the petitioning and respondent sides, in several complex and international disputes. The cases she handles are subject to all types of arbitration rules (International Chamber of Commerce – ICC, International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes – ICSID, United Nations Commission on International Trade Law – UNCITRAL and the European Development Fund – EDF). Nina regularly pleads before French civil and commercial courts, including in particular in pre-arbitration proceedings. Her practice covers various sectors such as construction, infrastructure, natural resources and defense in Europe, West Africa and the Middle East.
