We recently assisted a group in negotiating and concluding contracts for the expansion of an industrial site and the construction of a 25,000 m² warehouse.
We have been and continue to be involved in litigation concerning real estate, the management of claims following the end of property development contracts, commercial leases, the return of premises or the repair of logistics sites, and litigation concerning the cancellation of contracts.
